The Final Report of our study on the benefits of using Social Outcome Contracting has been published.
The study was commissioned by DG Employment, Social Affair and Inclusion and coordinated by PPMI. In this report you’ll find the analysis of the measurement methods, effectiveness, and efficiency of 15 cases and our recommendations on how to develop outcome-based schemes, such as PbR and SIBs, in European countries.
